Use Letter Paper
Standard 8.5" × 11" paper works great. Cardstock (65-110 lb) gives a premium feel.
Print Both Sides
Print page 1, flip the paper, then print page 2 on the back.
Fold in Half
Fold along the dashed line in the center. The front image should be on the outside.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Download Your Card
After customizing your message, click "Download Printable Card (PDF)". The file will save to your computer.
2. Open the PDF
Open the downloaded PDF in any PDF viewer (Adobe Reader, Preview, Chrome, etc.).
3. Print Page 1
Print the first page. Make sure your print settings are set to:
- Paper size: Letter (8.5" × 11")
- Orientation: Landscape
- Scale: 100% or "Actual Size" (don't fit to page)
4. Flip and Print Page 2
Take the printed page and put it back in your printer tray, flipped so the blank side faces up. Print page 2.
Tip: Do a test with regular paper first to figure out which way to flip for your specific printer.
5. Fold Your Card
Fold the paper in half along the dashed center line. The front image should be visible on the outside. Crease firmly for a clean fold.
Paper Recommendations
- Regular paper: Works fine for casual cards
- Cardstock (65 lb): Sturdier, more like a real greeting card
- Cardstock (80-110 lb): Premium feel, may require manual feed
- Photo paper: Not recommended (hard to fold, may smear)
Troubleshooting
The sides don't align when folded
Make sure you're printing at 100% scale (not "fit to page"). Also check that your paper is loaded straight in the tray.
Page 2 prints upside down
Different printers flip paper differently. Try rotating the paper 180° before reinserting for page 2.
Colors look different than on screen
Monitor colors and printed colors often differ slightly. For best results, use a printer with good color accuracy or adjust your printer's color settings.
