How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days

After 7 Days

After the initial 7-day period, we don't offer refunds for:

  • Partial months or years of subscription
  • Change of mind
  • Failure to cancel before renewal

However, you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges. You'll keep access until your current billing period ends.

Renewal Charges

Subscriptions renew automatically. If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal:

  • Within 48 hours of renewal: Contact us for a refund
  • After 48 hours: We can't refund, but we'll cancel to prevent future charges

Tip: Set a reminder before your renewal date, or cancel early if you're unsure.

Exceptions

We may deny refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
