By accessing or using TerraGreetings, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
The Service
TerraGreetings provides downloadable, printable greeting card designs featuring outdoor and nature themes. Our service includes:
- Access to our library of greeting card designs
- Ability to customize inside messages
- Downloadable PDF files for home printing
Accounts
To use TerraGreetings, you must:
- Create an account with a valid email address
- Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your account secure
You're responsible for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions & Payments
Pricing
- Monthly: $4.99/month, billed monthly
- Yearly: $39.99/year, billed annually
Billing
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You'll be charged using the payment method on file.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account page. After cancellation:
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Downloaded cards remain yours to use
License & Usage
What You Can Do
With an active subscription, you may:
- Download and print cards for personal use
- Give printed cards to others as gifts
- Customize inside messages
What You Can't Do
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute our card designs
- Use cards for commercial purposes
- Remove or alter our branding
- Share your account with others
- Use automated tools to bulk download
Intellectual Property
All card designs, images, and content on TerraGreetings are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the cards as described above.
User Content
When you add custom messages to cards, you retain ownership of that text. However, you grant us permission to process it for PDF generation. We don't claim ownership of your messages.
Disclaimer
TerraGreetings is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service availability
- Compatibility with all printers
- Specific print quality results
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TerraGreetings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
